Terms and conditions:
Responsibility: Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel of Boyds MD, USA is responsible for making arrangements for the tour services offered in their programs to include transportation, guided visits, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint ventures of Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel or its affiliates. Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by the Airline and will not result in any refunds. Flight delays and other transportation changes are unfortunate but are an inherent risk of travel and are therefore outside the control and responsibility of Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel. All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or if there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel, the company will arrange for provision of comparable services.
Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary or services whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. If Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel cancel a tour, the company has no responsibility beyond the refund of monies paid to the company by the traveler.
The tour participant agrees that neither Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delay, change in air services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment, inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing tour services. Also, Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel is not responsible for failure of clients to follow instructions given in travel documents including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out times and baggage handling, and failure to obtain required documentation such as passports, visas and health certificates where required. In the above cases, travelers will not be entitled to any refund. Only Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel representatives, who possess written authority to do so, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this contract, to include terms or conditions set forth in the preceding provisions. Any legal proceedings both on behalf of or against Premier Vacations LLC / Froggytravel must be instituted only in a federal or state court located in Maryland, and such claim will be decided using the laws of the state of Maryland . Any legal proceeding against the company must commence no later than one year after the travel services have been completed
Airline Clause: Concerned airlines and their agents and affiliates are not to be held responsible for any act, occurrence, or events during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket constitutes the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tickets and/or passengers. The Passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, the Transportation Company and passenger or purchaser of tour.
Passport / Visa: US Citizens travelers will need a passport valid at least for 6 months after the scheduled date of return. If you are not US citizen, please contact your destination country's consulate for updated details on visa requirements. Costs of visas and border crossing fees are the traveler’s responsibility.
Cancellations: US$ 250 fee per person will be charged for all cancellations. Additionally, the following scale of charges will apply when notice occurs within 90 days of start of service.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Airline tickets are NOT REIMBURSABLE, NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
Once your airline tickets are bought, the cancellation penalties are as follow:
90 - 60 days before departure date: Cost of airline ticket + 25 % of the balance of service price.
59 - 14 days before departure date: Cost of airline ticket + 50 % of the balance of service price.
Later cancellations and no show: 100 % of total service price.
We strongly suggest subscribing trip cancellation insurance, not included in our rates.
Refunds : No refunds can be made for unused or missed visits, meals, excursions or any other services. If the participant(s) is(are) not present at the start of the tour or at the airport at time of pick up, it becomes his (their) responsibility to catch up with the group, all costs incurred by this will not be paid or reimbursed by Froggytravel.com or Premier Vacations llc .
